I reside in the Seven Pines neck of the woods. And, after seeing several impressive recommendations re: Peyton Kautzner, decided to investigate (Peyton does power washing and I was in need of a soft wash for my home and, because of "The Green Ick!", my rear deck(treated wood) as well). He is a young man (Senior year in high school), who I found to be prompt, curteous, industrious, and MOST thorough. And, his rate for my job was very reasonable. For a host of power wash issues, and as a very satisfied customer (yes, he really puts things back where initially were), I HIGHly recommend him.
